We used this dressing as part of the dish "Mango and Adji Cress Carpaccio". The idea of the dish is to create kind of an asiatic fusion with european twist. We have the sweetness of the mango, the pepper of the Adji cress and the salt of the Vulcano ham. Delicious! You'll find the dish in my stories.

Vulcano Ham Rolls:
How to: video

1. put oil on the wood and the baking paper
2. roll baking paper around wood
3. cut Vulcano ham and put oil on it
4. cut Adji Cress
5. put Adji Cress on Vulcano ham
6. put whole roll in the oven

Adji Cress dressing:
How to: video

1. cut Adji cress and put it into a bowl
2. add crushed pink pepper, olive oil and vinegar
