- Add the sugar to the mixer
- Remove the greens from the Sechuan Buttons and add them to the sugar
- Mix it!
- Put some water in a pot
- Add Sechuan sugar to the water and boil it to get syrup
- Brush the syrup now onto the rice paper
- Cut the paper into smaller pieces
- Fry it!
- Sprinkle the rice paper with some Sechuan Button sugar
