Fried rice paper with Sechuan Button Syrup, Gronda

  1. Add the sugar to the mixer
  2. Remove the greens from the Sechuan Buttons and add them to the sugar
  3. Mix it!
  4. Put some water in a pot
  5. Add Sechuan sugar to the water and boil it to get syrup
  6. Brush the syrup now onto the rice paper
  7. Cut the paper into smaller pieces
  8. Fry it!
  9. Sprinkle the rice paper with some Sechuan Button sugar
