
Matcha Gimlet
Ingredients and method
- 30 ml (yuzu) gin
- 15 ml kafi liqueur
- 1/4 teaspoon matcha
- fresh vanilla bean (or make a vanilla simple syrup)
- 25 ml simple syrup
- 20 lime juice
- 1 egg white
Shake it all with ice and strain it before serving.
