- 6cl Cava (or Prosecco)
- 4cl Aperol macerated with Jasmine Blossom
- 1 splash of soda water (approx. 2cl)
- 1 slice of orange (decoration)
- Vene Cress (decoration)
- 2 Jasmine Blossom (decoration)
- In a glass with ice, add 3 parts cava, 2-part macerated Aperol, and finish off with a splash of soda water.
- Add 1 slice of orange and stir with mixing spoon.
- Decorate with 2 Jasmine Blossom and some Vene Cress.
Pairing: Venetian style cod with Persinette Cress.
