Ingredients
- 40 ml vodka
- 40 ml Japanese sake
- 10 ml sugar syrup
- 25 ml Pepquiño juice
- Aclla Cress
Method
- Add all the ingredients to the shaker
- Chop the Aclla Cress and add it to the shaker as well
- Add Pepquiño to the shaker and muddle it all together
- Shake with ice
- Pour into glass using a strainer
- Garnish with Pepquiño and Aclla Cress and serve
