Red Curry with Kaffir Lime Leaves


• Chicken
• Onion
• Carrots
• Chilli
• Garlic
• Beer (of your choice)
• Red Curry paste
• Kaffir Lime Leaves


Put your chilli, garlic, carrot, and onion, which are finely chopped in a pot. Wait for the ingredients to get soft, and then add the curry paste. Add your chicken. Mix well when heated to make a good blend of flavours. Add the beer with crushed Kaffir Lime Leaves and let it boil gently until you serve it.

Serving tip:
We placed some mango puree, infused with the same Kaffir Lime Leaves, alongside droplets of curry sauce and decorated it with a beautiful Salad Pea sprout!
