
Shiso Pepquiño Spritz

Ingredients
- 30 ml Shiso Leaves Green syrup
- 15 ml Shiso Leaves Green vinegar
- 50 ml Japanese gin
- 30 ml Pepquiño juice
- Sparkling water
- Pepquiño
Method
- Infuse rice vinegar with Shiso Leaves Green
- Infuse sugar syrup with Shiso Leaves Green
- Infuse the Pepquiño, leaving only the juice
- Add all ingredients to shaker
- Shake with ice
- Place a Shiso Leave Green in the glass
- Fill the glass with crushed ice
- Pour the cocktail into the glass
- Top with soda water
- Garnish with the infused Pepquiño and serve
