Red ginger blossom and Zallotti Blossom
- 40ml Loopuyt dry gin
- 30ml beet syrup
- 10ml lemon juice
- 15ml sugar syrup
- 2 slices of ginger (crush to shake)
- Zallotti Blossom
- Add all ingredients together.
- Put these in a shaker.
- Fill the shaker completely full with ice cubes.
- Shake the contents for about 12 seconds.
- Pour the contents through a fine sieve into the glass.
