Sakura Cress rice

Ingredients

(For 4 portions)

  • 16 twigs of Hippo Tops
  • 16 twigs of Salad Pea
  • 2 punnets Sakura Cress
  • 200gr cooked split lentils
  • 200gr cooked green lentils
  • 200gr steamed white rice
  • 300gr cooked broccoli
  • 4 mozzarella balls
  • 200gr diced tomatoes
  • 4 tbsp virgin olive oil
  • juice from 1 lime
  • 2 pinches white ground pepper
  • 4 small pinches crack black pepper

Method

  • Slice the mozzarella. 
  • Make the dressing with the olive oil, lime juice and white ground pepper. 
  • Mix the white rice with the freshly cut Sakura Cress. 
  • Arrange all the ingredients and the bowl and drizzle with the dressing. 
  • Serve.
