Sansho Oil


  • Grape seed oil
  • Sansho Leaves


  • Heat up grape seed oil
  • Add the Sansho Leaves to the oil
  • Finely whirl this in the thermomixer
  • Heat to a maximum of 80 degrees
  • Store portioned in the freezer


  • Cocktails, dressings, marinades and flavor additions to sauces.
