Koppert Cress infusions establish in a short time their place in the hospitality industry. The flavourful herb bundles are served in an increasing number of locations. In order to show the guests the selection they can choose from, the mix temporarily comes in a decorative display box. The box contains, next to five bags of each of the four mixes, also five menu cards .

Koppert Cress Infusions are four herbal combinations in which lavender flowers, mint, verbena and thyme are combined into bundles that provide an invigorating herbal tea. Infusions are part of a project PSI (Private Sector Investment), where the herbs are grown in Kenya and packaged by our own company in partnership with a local business. The project is set up to assist the local population in the improvement of their maintenance and refurbishment of their living environment.

Mid-March the first rainy season start in Kenya. This time it's a special event as the dam that was built in 2013 is going to be used. This dam is to hold rainwater in a basin of 200,000 m3, assuring the nursery and population access to clean water all year round.

The water is also used for irrigation of the young trees that have been planted following a comprehensive reforestation programme, which is also part of the project.

End of March, a number of employees of Koppert Cress will visit the production location in Kenya. Using social media, updates will be posted daily, so you can see the site there.
