  • 0,12 Grapefruit
  • 2,5 g Honey
  • 1,25 g Rice wine vinegar
  • 1,25 g Ginger cordial
  • 1,25 g Yuzu
  • 3,75 g Olive oil
  • Salad mix
  • Sakura Cress®

Preparation method

  • Season the duck fillets and fry medium rare.
  • Peel the grapefruit à vif, remove the slices and cut into smaller pieces
  • Mix all ingredients for the vinaigrette
  • Mix the salad with the Sakura Cress®, add some vinaigrette and taste.
