Rafel Espresso Genever

Ingredients and method, for one cocktail

Ingredients cocktail

  • 50 ml Rafel Coastal Genever
  • 50 ml Espresso
  • 40 ml Sugar syrup
  • 10 ml Oyster liquid / (alternative salt)
  • Oyster Leaves
  • A few loose coffee beans

Ingredients appetizer

  • Sansho Leaves
  • Pearls of tomato
  • Rafel Coastal Genever


  • Make the espresso
  • Open the oyster
  • Pour the espresso, oyster liquid, sugar syrup and Rafel Genever into a cocktail shaker
  • Shake with ice and pour into cocktail glass
  • Place an Oyster Leave and coffee beans on the cocktail
  • Pour Rafel Genever into the opened oyster
  • Place the pearl of tomato in the opened oyster and top with a Sansho Leave
  • Serve the apppetizer and cocktail
