Spring Spritz


  • 6cl Cava (or Prosecco) 
  • 4cl Aperol macerated with Jasmine Blossom 
  • 1 splash of soda water (approx. 2cl) 
  • 1 slice of orange (decoration) 
  • Vene Cress (decoration) 
  • 2 Jasmine Blossom (decoration) 
  • ice-cubes 


  • In a glass with ice, add 3 parts cava, 2-part macerated Aperol, and finish off with a splash of soda water.  
  • Add 1 slice of orange and stir with mixing spoon.  
  • Decorate with 2 Jasmine Blossom and some Vene Cress. 

Pairing: Venetian style cod with Persinette Cress.
