Hippo Tops Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 200g blueberries
  • 200g mango
  • 2 pomegranate
  • ¼ ananas 
  • a few leaves of Hippo Tops

Method

  • Peel and dice the pineapple peel and dice the mango.
  • Deseed the pomegranate and mix all the fruit together, arrange the plate with the Hippo Tops.
