BroccoCress Stock

A fantastic, pure and tasty vegetable stock made by osmosis with BroccoCress. One of numerous ways to use these unique and fresh flavours.


  • 500ml of cold fresh water
  • 1 punnet of BroccoCress


  • Pour the cold water (keep in fridge before hand if needed) into a saucepan.
  • Cut the Brococress using a sharp scissor, directly into the pan.
  • Bring to simmer very gently until you reach the boiling point.
  • Boil for 30 seconds and take off the heat.
  • Cover the pan with a plate and let infuse and cool down until completely cold.
  • Transfer into a bottle and keep in the fridge until use.
