Cardamom Leaves Sugar

Ingredients, equipment and method


  • Half punnet Cardamon Leaves
  • 150 gr Sugar


  • Blitzer
  • Microwave


  • Place the Cardamon Leaves on a plate.
  • Put the plate in the microwave for 3 minutes.
  • Put the crispy Cardamon Leaves with the sugar in a blitzer.
  • Blitz it for 1 minute.
  • Take the Cardamon Leave sugar out of the blitzer and put it in a bowl.
