Shiso Kiwi Gin

Ingredients and method


  • ½ kiwi
  • 60 ml gin
  • 30 ml lime juice
  • 30 ml Planifolia Black Vanilla syrup
  • 50 ml Shiso Leaves Green liqueur


  • Remove peel from the kiwi and put it in the shaker.
  • Add the gin, vanilla syrup and Shiso liqueur to the shaker.
  • Use a muddler to mash the ingredients.
  • Shake with ice.
  • Pour the cocktail into a cocktail glass using a strainer.
  • Garnish and serve.
