Vanilla Chickpea Meringue


  • 100 gr Aquafaba (drained chickpea water)
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 tip of a knife Xanthan
  • 200 gr Planifolia Black Vanilla Sugar


  • Preheat the oven to 100 degrees.
  • Mix all ingredients together in a mixer until it’s fluffy.
  • Use a piping bag to make rounds of the mix.
  • Bake for two hours in the oven.
  • Take the vanilla meringue out of the oven.
  • Store till use.
