Introduction of three new specialties

Starting September 26, three new specialties have been added to the Koppert Cress assortment.  Grenotti Leaves®, Grenotti Blossom® and Tearicy Roots® have flavours that will do very well in the fall season.

Three new specialties for the Fall season

Starting September 26, three new specialties have been added to the Koppert Cress assortment.  Grenotti Leaves®, Grenotti Blossom® and Tearicy Roots® have flavours that will do very well in the fall season.

Grenotti Leaves and Grenotti Blossom have a subtle hazelnut flavour, which combines very well with mushrooms, cheese or vegetarian dishes. Grenotti Blossom, due to its firm structure, is a good combination with chocolate dishes or game.

Tearicy Roots is a root with a flavour that is a mix of wasabi and horseradish. It is an excellent ingredient with raw fish, shell or scallops, veal and in vegetarian dishes.
