A plant-based oyster experience in a single box. A culinary combination of Oyster Leaves, Salty Fingers and Apple Blossom, developed as a creative vegan solution for chefs. The three products complement each other in taste, texture and appearance, and together create a surprising vegan oyster experience.

Ready to use as a complete plant-based oyster experience for amuse-bouches, starters and creative vegan dishes. The three products can also be used separately and are suitable as flavour and texture components with fish, shellfish and crustaceans, or as a fresh, salty counterpart in a dish.

Origin

• Oyster Leaves are native to the coasts of Northern Europe and America. The leaves we offer are from a specially selected variety with a distinctive flavour and texture.
• Salty Fingers® is a plant that grows along the coasts of tropical America and Asia. It is highly salt-tolerant and surprisingly nutritious. It contains proteins, oil and carbohydrates. A number of varieties were therefore originally eaten as vegetables by the local population.
• Apple Blossom belongs to a large family of ornamental plants. Please note that only a limited number of these are edible. Apple Blossom has been extensively tested and found to be safe.

Availability and shelf life

Vegan Oyster Box is available all year round and can be stored for up to seven days at between 2° and 7°C. Produced using socially responsible cultivation methods, Vegan Oyster Box meets kitchen hygiene standards. You can use the products straight away, as they are grown in a clean and hygienic environment.
