- Cocktail shaker
- Kaffir Lime Leaves powder
- 4 cl of infused gin (Kaffir Lime Leaves)
- 6 cl of rose water
- 3 Kaffir Lime Leaves
- Coconut milk
- Prepare the foam mix for later use, using the Xantana dissolved in the warmed-up coconut milk.
- Add the previously infused gin in the cocktail shaker filled with ice, the rose water and the Kaffir Lime Leaves.
- Shake it well.
- Pour in the glass of your choice. To decorate we used the powdered Kaffir Lime Leaves on top of a coconut foam infused with Kaffir Lime Leaves.
