- 5 punnets Shiso Green
- 1 tin lychees in syrup
- 50ml coconut milk
- 2g Agar-Agar
- Mix together 4 punnets of Shiso Green with the tin of lychees. Use all the fruit and syrup.
- Mix 200ml of this juice with some Agar-Agar and freeze the rest.
- Once frozen, grate the granita with the back of a spoon and build the dish.
- Add the Shiso juice and add a drizzle of coconut milk and a few leaves of Shiso Green.
