Chocolate ice cream infused with Dushi Buttons


  • 225 grams of whole milk
  • 150 grams of water
  • 35 grams of corn syrup
  • 120 grams of granulated sugar
  • 150 grams of dark chocolate
  • 3 grams of binder
  • 2 cups of Dushi Buttons


  • Heat the whole milk with the water and glucose.
  • Mix the sugar with the binder. Add it along with the chocolate.
  • Now add the Dushi Buttons and turn everything fine.
  • Cool back to 4 degrees and let it rest.
  • Turn to ice.
  • Decorate.
