Dairy Free Soft Ice

Ingredients

  • 300 gr frozen fruits (strawberries, blueberries, peach) 
  • 50 gr  raw sugar  
  • 2 egg white (size L)  
  • 1/6 Planifilia Red Vanilla  
  • Cornabria Blossom
  • Sansho Leaves

Method

  • Blizz the sugar with Planifolia Red Vanilla for 3 seconds on step 8 and sieve it.  
  • Put the sugar back in the Thermomix and add the frozen fruits.
  • Blizz it 5 seconds on step 10.
  • Scrape everything down from the edge with the spatula.
  • Put 2 egg white on it, mix it for 5 seconds on step 5.
  • Place than the butterfly wing inside and keep it running for 2 minutes on step 5.  
  • Serve immediately and decorate it with Cornabria Blossom and Sansho Leaves.  

Please note that these instructions assume you have access to a Thermomix device. If you do not have a Thermomix device, adjustments may be required.
