Easter egg


  • 1 soft boiled egg (5 minutes) 
  • 25 g avocado cream 
  • 1 dash of lime juice 
  • piment d’espelette  
  • Salty Fingers  
  • Adji Cress  
  • Anise Blossom  
  • BlinQ Blossom 


Boil the fresh egg for 5 minutes. If it’s a bit older 6 minutes. Cut the upper part, mix it up with a table spoon of fresh avocado, piment espelette and lime juice. Place this on top of the egg and place the other aromatic ingredients around it.
