Ham and cheese croissant


(For 4 portions)

  • 1 punnet Rock Chives
  • 2 punnets BroccoCress
  • 8 slices Gouda cheese
  • 30g butter spread
  • 4 slices cooked ham
  • 4 croissants


  • Slice the croissant open with a serrated knife. 
  • Spread the butter on both open sides and arrange half of the cresses on the bottom part of the croissant. 
  • Add the slices of Gouda and place the rest of the cresses on top, then fold the cheese and lay the slices on the croissant. 
  • Add the slices of ham and close the sandwich.
