Red ginger blossom and Zallotti Blossom, Loopuyt Dry Gin

Red ginger blossom and Zallotti Blossom


  • 40ml Loopuyt dry gin 
  • 30ml beet syrup 
  • 10ml lemon juice 
  • 15ml sugar syrup 

During shaking: 

  • 2 slices of ginger (crush to shake) 


  • Beetroot 
  • Zallotti Blossom 


  • Add all ingredients together. 
  • Put these in a shaker. 
  • Fill the shaker completely full with ice cubes. 
  • Shake the contents for about 12 seconds. 
  • Pour the contents through a fine sieve into the glass. 
  • Garnish.
