Tahoon Cocktail

Ingredients and Method


  • 1 Grand Manier
  • A few drops of Tahoon Cress Oil
  • 1,5 espresso
  • 25 ml water
  • Smoked sea salt
  • 1 Cardamom Leave
  • 1/6  Planifolia Black Vanilla
  • Ice to shake
  • Orange skin for garnish


  • Make 1,5 espresso.
  • Make 25 ml smoked seawater by mixing smoked sea salt with water.
  • Break 1 Cardamom Leave to release the aroma and flavor.
  • Put the Cardamom Leave, the smoked sea water, the expresso and the Gran Manier in a cocktail shaker.
  • Cut open the vanilla pod and add 1 knife tip of the marrow to the cocktail shaker.
  • Add ice to the shaker and shake.
  • Pour the cocktail into a glass.
  • Drizzle a few drops of Tahoon Cress Oil (recipe) on top of the cocktail.
  • Garnish with orange skin and Cardamom Leaves.
