Carpaccio of "snowball"


(For 4 portions)

  • 1 white turnip “snowball”  
  • vinegar 
  • extra virgin olive oil 
  • salt 


Cut the withe turnip into thin slices with a slicer and marinate them with vinegar, oli and salt for about 20 minutes. Arrange the thin slices on the dish trying to give volume and complete the dish with Zorri Cress and Kyona Mustard Cress.
