Garlic Butter with Ghoa Cress

  • 250g salted butter
  • 1 garlic toe
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 cup Ghoa Cress®
  • 1 bread
  • Black pepper


Take the butter out of the refrigerator so that it can reach room temperature. Chop the onion and peel the garlic. Chop both into fine pieces or use the food processor. Then beat the butter and stir in the onion and garlic. Also grate the zest of the lemon and then press it out. Stir the grater and juice through the butter and add some black pepper as desired. Cut the last 3/4 of the Ghoa Cress® finely and add it to the butter.

Cut the bread into slices and grill them. Spread the butter on the slices and garnish with the last Ghoa Cress.
