Ladyfinger, Wheat Grass, custard, Limon Cress and Anise Blossom

  • 8 savoyards 
  • 4 cups of Wheat Grass
  • 250gr custard with extra virgin olive oil 
  • Limon Cress
  • Anise Blossom


Prepare an extract with Wheat Grass and wet the ladyfingers with the obtained juice. Arrange the ladyfingers on the plate, pour the custard over the soaked ladyfingers and finish with Limon Cress and Anise Blossom.
