Shiso Whisky Sour

Ingredients and method


  • 50 ml Japanese whiskey infused with Shiso Leaves Purple
  • 20 ml yuzu liqueur
  • 15 ml yuzu juice
  • 20 ml sugar syrup
  • 1 egg white


  • Pour the whiskey, yuzu liqueur, yuzu juice and sugar syrup into the shaker
  • Add the egg white
  • Shake with ice
  • Pour into a glass
  • Garnish with a Shiso Leave Purple and serve
