Zallotti Cucumber Gimlet

Ingredients and method


  • 60 ml vodka infused with cucumber
  • 40 ml Zallotti syrup
  • 40 ml lime juice
  • 1 egg white


  • Add the vodka, lime juice, Zallotti syrup and egg white to the shaker.
  • Shake with ice.
  • Pour into cocktail glass.
  • Garnish and serve.
