Just before summer starts, Koppert Cress introduces a new flavourful product: Yka Leaves®. Yka Leaves is a colourful ingredient with deep purple colouring and delicate markings. The flavour leaves a lasting impression. Yka Leaves have a robust, acidic flavour with a slightly sweet undertone.
