Blackberry crumble with Honny Cress


  • 450 g apples
  • 1 orange
  • 450 g blackberries
  • 115 g sugar
  • 2 cartons of Honny® Cress
  • 90 g flour
  • 60 g butter
  • 45 g sugar
  • 2 dessert spoons oats

Grate the apple and peel the orange and mix with the blackberries, sugar and Honny Cress. Divide the mixture over ramekins. Rub the flour into the butter to make a crumble and mix in the sugar and oats. Top the ramekins with the crumble mix.

Bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 190°C until golden brown.
