Dutch 1772 and Bean Blossom
- 40ml Loopuyt dry gin
- 15ml raspberry puree
- 15ml lemon juice
- 10ml sugar syrup
- Veuve Clicqout
- Bean Blossom
- A "green touch"
- Add all ingredients together.
- Put these in a shaker.
- Fill the shaker completely with ice cubes.
- Shake the contents for about 12 seconds.
- Pour the contents into the glass through a fine sieve.
- Top off the glass with Veuve Clicqout.
