- Morar Shoots
- ½ liter Ketel one vodka
- Mix the vodka with the Morar Shoots in a sealed bottle.
- Let it steep for about a week.
- Serve at the beginning of the meal to stimulate the taste buds.
- As an aperitif with Asian fusion dishes, in cocktails, or to infuse/marinate vegetables and fish, e.g., with Cravad lax.
