Double Red Bloom, FLUÈRE Raspberry

True distilled spirits without alcohol. Flavour Profile: Fruity, floral, soft with apple-raspberry perfume and a sweet minty surprise

Ingredients and method

Ingredients:

  • 50 ml FLUÈRE Raspberry
  • 15nml Red Wine Vinegar
  • 10 ml raspberry syrup
  • Fill with Raspberry & Rhubarb Tonic
  • 3 Apple Blossom
  • 1 Zallotti Blossom

Method:

  1. Add FLUÈRE Raspberry, Red Wine Vinegar, and raspberry syrup with 2 Apple Blossom in a shaker
  2. Muddle the Apple Blossom lightly
  3. Shake & Fine Strain
  4. Top with tonic and stir gently
  5. Garnish with Zallotti Blossom floating in the glass and Apple Blossom on top
