Garden Highball, FLUÈRE Botanical Blend

Ingredients:

• 60 ml FLUÈRE Botanical Blend
• 20 ml fresh White wine vinegar
• 10ml Lavender Syrup
• 80 ml Meditterainian Tonic Water
• 6 sprigs Aclla Cress (one muddled, one for garnish)
• 3 sprig Ghoa Cress for garnish

Method:

1. In a shaker, gently muddle 4 sprigs Aclla Cress
2. Shake & Strain everything except the tonic into a highball glass with fresh ice.
3. Add Tonic Water
4. Garnish with the Ghoa Cress for aroma; mix it into the glass
