Scarlet Vodkatini


  • 6cl Vodka macerated with Scarlet Cress 
  • 2cl Dry vermouth 
  • Scarlet Cress (decoration) 
  • BlinQ Blossom  


  • Add the Scarlet Cress vodka and dry vermouth into a cocktail shaker with ice and mix well.   
  • Strain into a Martini glass and decorate with BlinQ Blossom and Scarlet Cress.  

Pairing: Smoked wild salmon blinis with cream cheese, gherkin and Zorri Cress.
