Chicken Bao Bun


For 4 portions

  • 1 punnet Atsina Cress
  • 1 punnet Kyona Mustard Cress
  • 4 pieces Bao Bun
  • 100g grated mature Cheddar  
  • 180g cooked chicken filet  
  • 40g BBQ sauce  
  • 130g sliced tomatoes
  • 80g sliced white onions


  • Steam the Bao bun from fresh or frozen. 
  • Shred or slice finely the cooked chicken filet and mix in the BBQ sauce. 
  • Slice the tomatoes and the peeled white onions. 
  • Fill the Bao bun withal the ingredients, adding the freshly cut Atsina Cress and Kyona Mustard Cress. 
  • Serve.
