Ingredients
- 50 ml aged rum
- 20 ml Zallotti Blossom blackberry syrup
- 20 ml fresh lime juice
- Zallotti Blossom
Preparation
- In a shaker, double strain.
Zallotti Blossom blackberry syrup
- 150 g fresh or frozen blackberries
- 2 handfuls of Zallotti Blossom (without the stems)
- 1000 ml mineral water
- 1000 g white sugar
- 1/2 to 1 g powdered activated vegetable charcoal
- Leave the Zallotti Blossom flowers to infuse in the water for 24 hours.
- Strain, then prepare the sugar syrup over a low heat, adding the vegetable charcoal and blackberries.
