BroccoCress Pesto


(For 250ml)

  • 4 punnets BroccoCress
  • 150ml olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 75gr feta cheese
  • juice of ½ a lemon


  • Blitz all the ingredients together in a high-speed blender.
  • Keep in jar in the fridge until use.

Note: I serve mine with Melba toast, but you can also use this pesto for any kind of pasta dish and any other meals like tapas, rice, salads etc.
