- 500ml of cold fresh water
- 1 punnet of BroccoCress
- Pour the cold water (keep in fridge before hand if needed) into a saucepan.
- Cut the Brococress using a sharp scissor, directly into the pan.
- Bring to simmer very gently until you reach the boiling point.
- Boil for 30 seconds and take off the heat.
- Cover the pan with a plate and let infuse and cool down until completely cold.
- Transfer into a bottle and keep in the fridge until use.
