Fruit salad and shake

Ingredients

Stuffed Mini Watermelon:

  • 250g of seasonal fruit (here strawberry, raspberry, blueberry and mango)
  • 1 small watermelon
  • Vene Cress
  • Shiso Purple
  • Salad Pea

Shake:

  • 200ml of milk
  • mini watermelon
  • 10 Salad Pea stalks
  • 100g mango
  • 2 tablespoons of vanilla ice cream

Method

Stuffed Mini Watermelon:

  • Hollow out a watermelon, mix the fruit and put it inside.
  • Garnish with cress.

Shake:

  • Mix everything.
