Salmon and cream cheese bagel


(For 4 portions)

  • 4 wholegrain bagels
  • 100g cream cheese
  • 240g smoked salmon
  • 2 punnets Garden Cress
  • 2 punnets Adji Cress


  • Slice open the bagels and spread the cream cheese on both open sides. 
  • Arrange the Garden Cress on the bottom half and place the smoked salmon on top. 
  • Add the Adji Cress and close the bagels with the top half. 
  • Serve.
